During our off season (November through March) we provide trainings for governmental agencies who are looking at a chipseal for the first time and want to learn the step by step process.  We cover items such as materials used in a chipseal, various types of equipment needed, all the way down to the most critical issue which is starting off with a good road base.  For the agencies that do their own chipseals but because they only chipseal for 2 to 3 weeks out of the year, our course is a great refresher to help them get off on the right foot before their season begins. See (about us) link for various organizations we have provided training for.
